The Public Education Foundation accepts in-kind donations of products and services. The Foundation operates the Teacher EXCHANGE™, a re-use and recycle resource center designed to support Southern Nevada public school teachers. More than 10,000 teachers have received reusable, recycled and gently used materials and equipment to enhance projects and curriculum in their classrooms. The Teacher EXCHANGE™ accepts donations of computer hardware and peripherals in good working condition, paper, plastic, posterboard, decorating samples, surplus items, overruns, office supplies, classroom supplies and much, much more. Individuals, businesses and corporations who donate to the Teacher EXCHANGE™ also benefit in various ways, including eligibility for tax deductions, use of surplus inventory for a good cause and enhanced public image for supporting our public school teachers and promoting conservation and environmental stewardship. Visit the Teacher EXCHANGE™ - Click here for directions. Our literacy initiative, Clark County READS, collects new and gently used books to distribute to teachers and students. Whether big or small, donating an item to our Education Hero Award Dinner auction or Tee Up For Kids golf tournament raffle is just another way to support The Public Education Foundation. We appreciate gifts of all sizes ranging from gift baskets to works of art and antiques to trip packages to destinations near and far. We accept donations of in-kind professional services. If you are a service professional, please contact us. We can often use the services of many professions including grant and copy writers, web programmers, attorneys and graphic designers.
