Welcome to the 2008 season of "Shakespeare
in the Schools!" We are proud to present "Romeo and Juliet,"
featuring Shakespeare at Play.
This educational-outreach program has been
bringing Shakespeare to the teachers students of Clark County
for 16 years. It begins with a teachers' in-service in the
spring, followed by on-site student workshops in the fall.
The program's highlight is a free student matinee performed
at the Henderson Pavilion. All activities feature professional
theater companies and are offered free to the participating
schools.
